Thee materials and construction is very good. The drawstring & ball are not cheap and very flexible to ensure you do not cut off circulation of the ankle. I would suggest making them longer to go up the leg so they can be folded over and make the drawstring longer where it can be wrapped around the ankle of the paw ONE time to give it more security and stability and the ball will be in the back instead of the front lessening chances of it being chewed on. Okay wow, where to begin. We have a 13lb Bichon who walks daily, and I wanted some extra protection for her paws because she walks so much. These arrived yesterday and I used them this morning just ONE time. This will be the last time these torture contraptions ever touch my dog. When I put them on her feet at home, they seemed to fit great and she was comfortable walking around in them in the house for a few minutes. She didn’t walk funny or anything. Bought these for my grandmothers Chihuahua. He broke him within two minutes of putting them on. Didn’t even get out the front door. Not very durable, but that’s partially the dog’s fault. They would’ve been perfect if it was meant for a dog that doesn’t mind shoes. Know your audience I guess haha.

They are cute, appear comfortable and stay on my little pups feet. Unfortunately they are not water resistant. The wet grass soaks my babies feet even when wearing his booties. I will have to order another brand

I recommend these to pet owners who especially live where there are grass stickers because the thorns don't pierce through, but they will detach and a needle will get stuck in the material. However, it hasn't affected my small dog.

These booties are easy to put on and tighten. I love them, my doggie, not so much. When I wasn't watching she was chewing on the clamp that loosen/tighten the shoe. She managed to break out of one of the shoes. Like a child, be careful of your pup getting the small parts in their mouth and chewing. Could be a potential choking hazzard!

There waterproof from what I can tell but they do not stay on the pups feet for more than a couple hundred feet. They are great if your just taken your pooch out to go potty or something but if your going for a walk or outside for play time I'd get different ahoes for your pup cause they'd end up with cold paws.

These shoes do not bother my dog when wearing them. My dog is allergic to something on the ground and I have tried other shoes but had to stopp because they hurt her. I have lots of faith in these shoes. Shame they are not water resistant.

So our Henry has gone thru so many types of shoes . finally these work! And if it helps.he's a shih tzu , about 14lbs, and we purchased the size 6 . Super easy to put on . he was able to run in them too without them falling off . I need these booties to last long and the sole is not rubber , so I plan to buy liquid rubber to brush on the soles ( that's why I gave 4 stars).then for sure the booties will last longer. An extra expense to buy the liquid rubber but the booties were very affordable.

The botties were a nice material with not too thick of a paw pad on the bottom so my dog was able to walk in them and kinda still feel where his paws are.

They fit very nicely, not too snug. She got off the couch and started walking in them without any difficulties. I'm so thrilled.

I use these to take the little dogs out to walk/potty when it's -30 below zero. Quick on and off, seems to stay on much better than the other booties. They are perfect for short walks, no frostbitten paws, stay on very well. Seems to pick up the light well at night too.

i bought these to match a coat i bought my dog and she loves them! they go on easily and she walks a good distance with them and does not seem to show any discomfort or displeasure.

Needed boots for my small dog. Others I tried were to hard to put on or to big in paw sixe for my dog. They did help keep my dog from slipping on ice. But they were not long enough going up the paw for my dog. One puddle or snow bank and his paws were wet.

I have a small dog and was having trouble keeping boots to stay on her feet. These booties stay on as long as you have them on tight. I like how easy they are to get on and off and they keep her feet clean. The only thing I don't like is that they don't keep the feet as dry as expected.

I don’t recommend these for small dogs. The drawstrings are a bit long which caused them to get tangled together when my dog was walking almost causing him to trip. I also wasn’t impressed with the quality overall.

My little miniature dachshund weighs about 5 pounds and hates when the weather drops below zero Temps. These slip ons where definitely helpful. After about the third time wearing them, she understood why we were putting these dang things on.Easy to put on and even easier to pull off when she comes back inside.
