Mixing performance is good and I like the presets for different drinks. At the same time I would have expected a better product in this price range. Both the jug and the bottom of the jug are made of plastic. The only metal part of the pitcher are the blades. A little disappointing.

It really bothers me: I ordered this item on November 14th and canceled it on November 15th, but the seller still shipped it on November 21st and indicated this too late to cancel! I have a hard time believing in anything. In the age of automation and artificial intelligence, I expected that the extra layers of complexity and cost could be easily removed.

Poor quality. Period. I had the best blenders for half the price. I called tech support and without hesitation they told me what to do, which means there should be a lot of it. Apparently the plastic center cap slides through the lid and acts as a "key" to lock the bottom. I tried it and nothing changed.

You don't mix ice or powder. Like, not at all. Not really. Try each setting. Trust anyone who says they can't make a smoothie out of this. The lid also comes off, meaning you have to manually hold it very tightly when lighting. Too bad because it's beautiful and the SMEG toaster works great.

Blade too small. Soft foods like bananas don't mix completely even when cut into chunks - they get stuck at the edges. Solid things like ice cream or frozen fruit? Much luck. This is normal for things like protein powder. Looks great, but you can find better blenders for a lot less.

DO NOT BUY THIS BLENDER! There are much better blenders out there for a better price. I've had this blender for less than a year and a half and the plastic base on the jar has completely broken off. I can't fix this and my only option is to buy a replacement part. I called customer service and at first they weren't very friendly or apologetic about a bad product. The man on the phone told me the product was out of warranty and I needed to buy a replacement part. Cost with Shipping ---- $180.00!

This blender looks good but works no better or maybe worse than a cheap Oster or Hamilton Beach blender. I couldn't resist the beautiful shape and now I have two of these that didn't work well when fully functional and stopped working within a year of purchase. The plastic gears are not suitable for everyday use, the o-ring in the jug cannot be replaced in case of problems (ours leaks, although we collected, cleaned and reassembled) the jug lid has a cut-out so that you can add ingredients…
