Simplest tool for recording and listening live calls

The best thing I like about this software is that it has an option to record all phone conversations, which helps me save time whenever i call customer care service centers or any other organization where there are many people talking at once over their phones/mobile devices etc., as we can easily listen back what was said by whom when who called us from our end also gets notified with details of each conversation recorded through smidle's dashboard section alongwith its audio file link too…
