Product did not cure properly

Product did not cure properly. I let the mold cure for 24 hours but the rubber was still a little gooey and unusable.

Very fun and satisfying.

This material was a lot of fun and pretty darn easy to use (it couldn't get much easier than a 1:1 mix ratio). I didn't use mold release, but my mold came off really well. Your mileage may vary. I would definitely buy this again.

Pros
  • 30A Shore
Cons
  • Vanish

Good thing, but tricky

Slightly slow oblique moisture, sensitive to hardening, difficult to tell whether mixed thoroughly, if you think it is mixed, mix 5 times longer (clear and colored Resin is difficult to distinguish when mixed ) or it could be slow and/or inhomogeneous. You have a wait. So much waiting. But would buy it again.

Pros
  • Ideal for concrete pouring

Wrong item/Defective item

This should be a box with part A and part B of Vytaflex 30 rubber. I received a box of (2) cans of Vytaflex 40 - both part B's. These are different shaped cans and the wider one had dust all over the top. I didn't notice the discrepancy until I mixed them and waited for them to set and they never set. Shocker. Disappointing waste of time. credit return.

Pros
  • Lower viscosity means no need for vacuum degassing
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
