I really like how SnowBall helped us connect with our attendees, who are mostly millennials! We were able use it for different events we had throughout this year (including some in Canada). The platform is very intuitive so there was no learning curve at all when using snow ball - which made things even better because of time constraints!! The ability to create customizable email templates is a huge plus! I can create a template and then send it to all of my attendees. The ability to customize the email is a huge plus as well. The simplicity of uploading content, scheduling it for later delivery or immediate posting as well managing social media channels is amazing! There are some additional features needed (e.g., tracking attendance), but this will come with time. I love how easy it is to use. The design is professional and the support is amazing. Snöball is the best tool out there for influencer marketing. I have used other tools but they are not as good. I think the best part is that you can see where your influencers are and where you need to reach out to them to get them to engage.
