Use your sock yarn!

I have all the One-Skein Wonders books but this is the only one that only uses sock yarn (although you can use any yarn you like if you can get it) . the correct caliber). As with the other books, there are color photographs of each project. The instructions are clear and most models also have a chart which I like. Excellent variety of beautiful patterns

I love socks and fine knits and sometimes I like projects that can be completed quite quickly. This wonderful book fills all of those needs with an amazing set of projects that are really helpful. Socks are of course included, as are gloves, mittens, scarves, shawls, various baby items, sweaters and bags. There are a few homeware projects that aren't that inspiring, and a mattress topper could usefully be added, but overall there are at least a dozen projects I want to knit in this book for…

Weak addition to the One-Skein Wonders series

The One Skein Wonders series is generally pretty good, offering patterns that use an odd skein of pretty yarn left over from a larger project, or just too gorgeous, to renounce you. . Sock yarn is a fine yarn that has a long yardage - by definition, enough to knit a pair of socks. A typical skein of sock yarn averages 420-460 yards, which should be enough to make many interesting items.
