The product is defective. on instrument trays

Fast delivery. Arrived with no broken pins as I've heard sometimes happens. The pins are as strong as you would expect from plastic. 11mm is not suitable (both for high and short spot): see pictures. It looks like they used 12mm to make these 11mm pins as the 11mm pins are identical to the 12mm pins. tried different 11mm; they haven't gone all the way down yet. You are right side up. This is a product defect. No room for 3/16 size 1/2Drive. Although they advertised "KIT" with some reach. this…

  • So far, so good

Attention buyers - the 11 mm 3/8 head will not fit.

I thought I was lucky, unlike everyone else who said their 11mm 3/8" sockets didn't fit. no Both the shallow and deep 11mm 3/8 pins prevented the socket from being fully installed. It gets stuck on a small ledge designed for stability. Yes, I turned the bushings upside down. These are Craftsman 11mm hex sockets. Not sure if it matters compared to other brands because 11mm should be 11mm anyway. Luckily the kit is cheap enough that I can cut the 11mm holders with a utility knife with no regrets.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Not the best

Need more outlets

These trays work great. They are on the board in my workshop. Drives are 1/4", 3/8", 1/2" in SAE and metric. They take up quite a bit of space, but that's due to the size of the sockets - you just can't make them any smaller. Very nice , just reach out and grab the socket I need and if I'm wrong just plug it back in and grab the one next to it because it's hanging on a perforated board it's hard to read the size but I do Anyway, look for the eye and not the numbers on the sockets however these…

NO, NOT ALL SOCKETS ARE FOLDED OR NOT SUITABLE

So I see a lot of feedback about people flipping sockets and reporting problems. I'm here to tell you that it doesn't matter, some sockets do NOT ALL fit, but in my case it's a small percentage. You need to look at your outlets. Look down at the drive end, if you only see a square hole you are in good shape BUT if your head has a square hole (where the ratchet attaches and then at the end of the square hole you will see a smaller circle. Your Head May not fit if its size is under about 3/8 I've

  • Very expensive

Upside down, difficult to read, not hanging straight.

I am not satisfied. Nowhere in the item description or in the pictures is there a hint that these racks require outlets to be turned upside down. Therefore you cannot see the working end of the socket without removing it. For example, if your nut collection has a 10mm 12-point blade and a standard 10mm 6-point blade, and regardless of the length, you want to use a 6-point socket for a specific task, there's no telling which is which until you take it off the shelf. This might be a bit annoying…

  • Easy to read control panel
