Only worked 7 months.

It worked for me for 7 months then suddenly stopped working more than 1 scan at a time. This is quite an expensive thing to work even less than a year!

Use to sign in to Shopify - don't stay connected.

I need to resync this with the Shopify app frequently. It's a bit annoying when you're working with clients and have to check them out and re-sync the scanner.

The base charger does not work. buy a fork

Save money - the basic charger broke after 6 weeks of careful use (shortly after the return date). My shop uses yellow sockets every day from 9am to 9pm. I chose a blue socket with a stand for the office desk. Worked for 3 weeks before it stopped. The light blinks like it's charging, but it's not. And there is no support for socket clients. You leave a message and they never call you back. Is always. The base is now a paperweight. Get an outlet with a simple plug. They work.
