Softdial Contact Center helps inbound operations resolve customer queries in a timely manner using IVR, voicemail, routing calls in a timely manner, and making sure the voice call and the data travel together.
The best part about soft dial is that it provides seamless integration with our CRM system for all of my contacts. I can easily see what contact status are they having (in queue or resolved) as well as their next actionable steps to take within the app itself.

There are many features I wish Softdial had that it doesn't currently have such as Chatbots and a better CRM integration
