Description of Solder Paste Silver Ounce SOL 825 20

Ideal for precise soldering on rope chain, hollow shells, findings, earrings posts and more. 10cc syringe that contains solder powder, flux and binder. Cadmium free. 1/2 ounce of 75 silver, hard, solder paste. Flows at 1450 degrees Fahrenheit and melts at 1365 degrees Fahrenheit.

Disappointing Solder Paste for Automotive Welding

After trying this product, I was disappointed with the outcome. The paste didn't adhere to the metal and resulted in a weak joint. The only positive was the easy application process. However, the cons outweigh the pros in this case. I don't recommend this product for automotive welding.

A good thing! in Welding and Soldering

This brand of paste is consistent and works well. It outperforms Rio's solder paste. This is the only solder paste I currently use.

Literally fell apart.

I bought a whistle and the soldering tin is outdated or processed incorrectly? I don't know, but it broke every time. Nothing but ashes with or with a touch of flame! I used a lot of solder paste so I'm not a noob. I'm buying another one with high hopes considering it's the only syringe based solder available on Amazon. I will adjust the stars accordingly if the next purchase works at all.
