Works as advertised, easy to use.

I had no problem attaching screw terminals to battery cables. It melted quickly and soldered the wires to the terminals very easily.

The best connection is soldering.

That's great. Upgraded all the crappy battery cables in my truck. I used a 1/0 tip. I put it in a vise, heated it with a propane torch and slowly inserted the wire. Solder connection does not work. And flux in the sediment in addition. The best way to solder big wires.

I wish I had known about these plummets years ago.

Very short and simple review here. . .These things are AMAZING! I wish I had started using these things sooner. For years I've been doing the hammer trick or sitting and trying to get the solder to drip slowly into the tip. No way will I do anything other than using these pellets. You simply place it in the tip, heat it for 5-7 seconds until it turns into a liquid, and then slowly insert the cord. It is so easy. The connection is clean and holds like a weld; what I think he has. I suspect like…
