The set is worth its price. Everything I've tested has worked well so far except for the soldering iron. My only complaint and false star is that the multimeter was received with a dead battery. Apparently it was somehow turned on in the device itself and at the same time completely drained the battery. I replaced them with a couple of rechargeable ones and now it works perfectly. Good kit. The problem is that the batteries in the multimeter are one of those cheap Chinese brands that have LEAD in them. The battery must not be disposed of in American garbage. Instead of spending 20 yuan more on an alkaline battery than they can safely throw away, they decide to poison the environment. I bought it because it was the best offer on a soldering kit with a multimeter. Unfortunately not all multimeter modes worked, especially the battery test mode which is one of the main ones I would use it for. There are many items in this set. I love this little set. It has everything, just look at the photo. The soldering iron is pretty cool and has a nice little temperature control and the multimeter is amazing considering how little I paid for all of this. About $27. It even has a kickstand on the back and lights, and the ability to swap out sensors is priceless and great at this price point. So far everything seems to be of good quality. The multimeter is fine, but there is no zero setting (that I could find) for ohms, which is inconvenient for this purpose.
