Love. You don't even have to separate the layers of your hair, and I have thick hair! It just straightens everything up and makes it super shiny. Not the worst straightening iron, but not the best either. For $70 I was hoping the iron would be consistently hot from start to finish. I have long, very thick, wavy hair and straightening it is tiring. This iron needs to be warmed up the entire time I use it. I have to stop every few minutes to get my temperature back up.
