Of course you need some tools to install it, but it was worth it because my watch now looks like it's the most expensive version. I get compliments all the time and I know it's because of the strap. If this bracelet cost more I would definitely return it but at $20 I can't keep it. There are a few rough edges on the clasp, but you probably won't hit them anywhere normally, so you probably don't have to worry about cutting yourself. A couple of the links are a bit stuck so I have to take them off the bracelet and file them down with a metal file so they can move freely.
