Sony DSC-W310 12.1MP Digital Camera with 4x Wide Angle Zoom, Digital Steady Shot Image Stabilization, and 2.7 inch LCD - Black (OLD MODEL) Review

Using this product, our team found that the image quality was subpar and lacked sharpness. Although the camera's digital stabilization feature was useful in minimizing shakiness, it did not make up for its overall poor performance. As loyal customers of Sony Electronics, we were disappointed in this product as it did not meet our expectations. The only positive aspect was its sleek, black design. Overall, we do not recommend this digital camera for photography enthusiasts.

This is a nice little basic 4x zoom digital camera. I needed a small camera that I could carry around in my purse or pocket. I do a lot of nature photography and also photograph church events. My other Sony - much more advanced and with 15x zoom - is a bit cumbersome to carry. So far this new one has worked well. My advice to amateur photographers: always keep your camera handy. You never know when a photoshoot is coming up.

This camera kept driving me nuts with a screen freezing issue so I had to put it in returning it a little over 3 days after I received it, I even wrote a letter to the company to explain that the camera is having such an incredible problem because the guy on the phone told me they don't charge for restocking would if the camera had a problem but they still charged me $15 I guess no matter what. Reason for return will still be charged 15%. Just stay away from this company, DataVision Computer…
