Excellent VCR for video aficionados

As a result of using this product, I found that the picture and sound quality were crystal clear and the VCR was very easy to use. The remote control is user-friendly, and the built-in color bars and test tone generator are very useful for adjustments. The downside is that the VCR is quite heavy and bulky, and may take up a lot of space on your entertainment center.

I returned the item because it was defective.

VHS player plays normally. Unfortunately, the tape rewind didn't work and it took some effort to eject the tape. There was no remote control at all and no documentation. I downloaded the user guide from the Sony website but it didn't mention how to fix the problems we were having.

The provider is great - the VCR probably is too, if we could optimize its interface properly.

There was an interface problem with this unit and our Sony TV. We never managed to get it to work properly, even with extensive help from the vendor. That being said I would like to give Chris the seller at least 10 stars. He is the best! Got a lot of effort to help and accommodate us.
