Expected sound quality and performance

My first purchase from Revain. Shipping took about a week from ordering online to actually receiving the device, which is very efficient. The device can easily be installed by yourself following the instructions. Only with the standard speakers on the Suzuki Vitara 2016 does the sound quality improve in a noticeable range. The only issue I encountered was the lag (about 0.10.5 seconds) when swiping through the screen in the Carplay main menu.

Major part missing when it arrived

Bought new from Sony, arrived without one of the two USB cables needed behind the dash if you want to connect your phone or other USB Want to connect device Very frustrating as the dashboard was already disassembled waiting for me to install it. To fix the hole I temporarily plugged in the radio but didn't attach it to the dash otherwise I'd have to take everything apart again. I called Sony and they said they would send me the missing part which would take 6 days. I will be shopping locally in

Really nice head unit

Installed in Hyundai Elantra 2014 with Metra dashboard kit and Metra wiring harness. Pros: Sound quality is really good, touchscreen sensitivity is great, Bluetooth sound quality is great. Tested on this device with Android Auto and Apple Car Play and everything works fine. Cons: Custom home screen backgrounds tend to be a bit boring compared to AA and CP home screens. Custom mode steering turns off when I drive over 35 km/h. Only one USB extension cable is included in the scope of delivery…
