It is easy to use, intuitive (for those who are familiar) and it has all of my personal documents organized in one place for me! I love that it is user friendly, very easy to navigate from home page all of my questions are at once in front me rather then having many steps along way back track if there was an issue or problem encountered by one department over another when submitting work for approval. It's easy to set up for an internal system, it allows you access from anywhere etc which is great as we have offices in multiple countries / timezones so this helps us ensure all are compliant! The simplicity of this software is amazing! It's easy to use, it has all that you need for tracking safety procedures or even training materials/courses as well.
