Brakes do not remain blocked!

I'm used to AV case wheels that don't open until you physically unlock them with your toe, but they don't. With these casters, any thrust from you, bumps or displacements while moving/into something moving and the brakes will be fully released allowing the cart to move or even fly in some cases where this has not been realized. and the luggage rack was not fully secured in the trailer.
