Horrible Backlighting for Car Electronics

i had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately it fell short. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice with car electronics, I found that the backlighting was extremely dim and barely visible... The only pro was that installation was relatively easy. However, the con is that the overall quality of the product was disappointing, especially for the price. I would not recommend this product to others looking for car electronics..

. Changed the rear connector design (which was good as there was a problem with the first one).

The problem with this product is that they changed the rear connector design (which was good as it was a problem with the first one) but they also changed the wiring to the car and now I need to reconnect EVERYTHING. The problem is the wiring only has 3 entries and the van has 6. When I called they offered nothing but a refund. Well I didn't want a refund, I wanted the product to work without having to redo the whole thing and drill new holes in my $30,000 van.
