Damaged personal fan products

It arrived with a crack in the terminal, so I did not use it. Do not file a claim if the returned item has been used. There was no visible damage to the box but the styrofoam was damaged.

Great fan for my golf cart. It mounts directly on the folded windshield. Charging was enough for all 18 holes. BUT, how do I fill the bottle with water? The lid cannot be removed or squeezed to fill. It must be defective. I have to try a bottle or dropper.

Mine is working great!: Heating, Cooling & Air Quality

Mine is working great! I just squeeze the refill bottle and stick it in a full glass of water, squeeze it all the way up again. I took it on a hike and it lasted all day. The nebula is EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL and difficult to see, but I could see it. It doesn't moisturize the face as I think it evaporates with the help of a fan to make the air a little cooler. I only wish they sold an extra backup battery!
