I have to press the volume up and power down buttons 2 or 3 times for it to work and it rattles like my phone is about to fall out .

The phone hangs around in the case so much and the buttons are hard to press because it doesn't fit just right. it might look nice for a second but other than that it's nice to hold the phone and feel secure. but I won't buy again.

I like the case, but the buttons (volume and power) are very hard to press. I took a pen and pierced the plastic at the top and bottom of the buttons. The new holes worked great and the buttons are now easy to press while still being protected. I'm not sure why the manufacturer didn't design it that way, but if you're having trouble pressing the buttons, just poke a few holes in the plastic.

I like the case. It is durable and definitely protects the phone. The downside is that it doesn't fit the phone snugly and I can squeeze the sides of the phone and the lid will move a millimeter or so. Maybe that's why the buttons are hard to press. This case is probably one of the most durable and protective clear cases you can get for your iPhone 11 (without being too bulky). It looks good and I feel like my phone is fine if I drop it. I give this case 3 stars for two reasons. Reason 1) VERY easy to scratch. I've been using this case for a total of 8 days and it already has about 15 scratches on the back.
