useless product for spark plugs and cables

i can't say anything that would make me buy them again. I don't feel like describing all the problems, but as a classic car restorer I would never show them to my clients on any of my engines.

Pros
  • price
Cons
  • boring packaging

good view good for candles and wires

I really like these. Cleans the old 350 well in 79 K10. I had to make a slight modification because I was stupidly also using 10mm wires which they weren't made for. I went to my local hardware store and bought a box of half inch longer hex head screws to fix this problem. Not the fault of the products. It was me. They look good and do exactly what they were designed to do.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • Not bad

it wasn't easy to install

it can get through hell with a little effort and willpower. I chose the inverted setup because of my valve covers in a 92 Lux Mustang. a little flexing and persuasion managed to make it look edgy. However, be aware that if you don't have a magnetic allen key, some screws might fall out and you could spend hours looking for a simple screw.

Pros
  • one year trial period
Cons
  • zero

will not fit 8mm male cable

I couldn't use the back half of this because it got into the dipstick tube to a point you couldn't remove to get the oil check. I took 2 apart in half and only assembled the front, after assembly my 8mm connector wires went into the grooves (see picture) and the screws were too short to even install them. I've started a refund if you have a small block Chevy with anything other than standard size plug wires. I don't think this is for you

Pros
  • Very good value
Cons
  • Interval

Dress up your engine.

Specter Performance 18483 Chrome Wire Spacers are spacers used to manage spark plugs in a beautiful and efficient manner. They look good, are mechanically strong, and outperform any other I've looked at. They're not difficult to install but take time to get it right as each wire is clamped with a hex head screw. It's best to start at the front and work your way back, securing the wires and then connecting the divider to the valve cover.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Construction
Cons
  • Older Doubtful Purchase

Looks good and fairly easy to assemble.

Purchased for a newly purchased Corvette; Plug cables are simply on the motor. All parts are included for installation. You can think a little. Everything fitted perfectly on the passenger side, but I had to do some tinkering on the driver's side as the dipstick sits right where the valve cover bolt is. These looms are set up so you can shorten or lengthen them, and the hardware provided can be manipulated and/or bent into almost any position to get the look you want. Finally got really clean…

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Available in black only

Looks good, but requires a lot of work to implement.

It was fairly cheap and the idea was good but the execution was a bit flawed. The screws thread into black plastic blocks that strip the threads slightly. The brackets are designed for top or bottom mounting (depending on whether the valve covers are top or bottom mounted). Mine are at the bottom, but I like the way the top mount looks (the longest part is at the bottom for the bottom mount and at the top for the top mount). Anyway I connected the two mounts and with some bending got a bottom…

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Discontinued

Top quality, very functional.

I've used wire cutters like this for years. They were the first made of stamped steel. I typically use aluminum blanks, which are available ball mill, flame, or just plain top. They are made by several companies and vary in price depending on what production you find. I used them on this current build as I have a smaller budget to work with, but it should still be a quality build once completed. I am very satisfied with the quality for the price. Billet aluminum versions are 2-3 times the price

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Protection

Not bad but could be better

Looked a lot better in the pictures than it actually was. The chrome plating was weak and only well done on the top. The underside looked rough and of poor quality and there are still burrs on the edges of the metal that haven't been removed by cutting, stamping or whatever was used to cut it. I'm worried that it will eventually rust due to the poor plating and finish. There were stains on the skin that also need polishing. It was a sealed package but I would have guessed it could be used if it

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Hard to say
