Be careful it's kind of a pain

He does his job 100% and works great. BUT it was a pain to put it on. The thread on the screw breaks quite easily. (cheap metal) same with nuts. but i think it's ok This allowed me to add a cooling air filter cover to the TBI 350.

Excellent equipment. Best in the Air Filter & Accessories Category

This product worked great on a vintage 97 Chevy Blazer. It wouldn't work without a little extra bushing extension and an extra locking nut. I looked at others that didn't have these extensions and that's what it takes. The wing nut is fine too. It was a good replacement for the serial nut.

Perfect Fit: Air Cleaner and Accessories

I think I lost what it's called a wing nut or flare nut for my 1989 GMC K1500. Everything is fine after adjusting the screw and all I was able to achieve was the perfect fit to hold my stock air filter housing and it holds it in place. I am happy with my purchase.

Fits Single Stud Rochester and GM Throttle Body (91 and earlier TBI SBCs)

No more rattling air cleaner on my 1973 C20. This applies to Rochester TBI 91 and earlier units with ONE air cleaner bolt. This will not work on a Quadrajet or dual tip cleaner. Amazon has parts for it. If you have a Rochester TBI man, this will work. You will need an air cleaner riser that is the same height as the factory one (Spectra also makes one).

Good improvement best in air filter and accessories

air filter bolt arrived today. My old threads have been plucked. It fits perfectly in my 89 Camaro 305. Very satisfied. I didn't need the extra parts that came with it, but I will keep them in case I buy a new throttle body or air filter. The cost was great, no complaints, I ordered it on Monday and arrived on Thursday. I noticed that the part of the plug that goes into the throttle body just before the bend is much longer than my original, which allows me to screw it deeper into the threaded…

Excellent value for money

Used for the air cleaner on the Chevy 4.3 liter TBI engine. NOTE: The thread on it is 1/4-20 - it will NOT work with metric threads on a 2.8 liter throttle body. I think this is a great product for the money. I want the screw to have black oxide or some other anti-corrosion coating. The wing nut could be larger for more area coverage and easier turning. I had to use a brass extension for my setup, but even fully screwed in, it's a bit longer. However, it works and meets the requirements and I…

Works as it should!

5 inches long but don't be fooled into thinking it's too short because the brass colored socket extends it to 6 inches or more, just be sure to lap the bracket slightly so they don't vibrate freely, that might be a good idea. In the first photo it is mounted on a 1992 GMC Sonoma 4.3 v6. Throttle body, is screwed in from the front. My breather is the one with a cone filter on the end, but it was about the same thickness as my Elderbrock breather. The screw doesn't need to be fully tightened, the
