Speedo Endurance Solid Jammer Swimsuit Sports & Fitness in Water Sports Review

My son was very reluctant to wear swim trunks for the swim team but now this suit has become his favorite and he even wears it while swimming just for the game. He says he swims faster in this suit. :-) I don't like Speedo suit prices, but Revain has the best price I could find. So far the suit is wearing well.

Could have ordered a size down for my very skinny 9 year old but worked because of the drawstring. My son is very comfortable swimming in them and they seem extremely versatile as he has tried wearing them to bed, to the shop and to a wedding as formal wear. They will have you covered for every occasion.

My son wears a size 8/9. I went ahead and bought him medium at 10/12 to let him grow up. He couldn't even pull it over his knees it was so tight (and I untied the rope). Wouldn't recommend as the sizing chart is way off course and not even sure if a plus size would fit if we go up a size again. Also, it's NON-REFUNDABLE because it's SPEEDO, so I can't even return it!

Bought for my son. I have 26 b/c, those were his old ones. He couldn't even put it on his hips. There are no ledges in the belt. Very hard and relentless. We had to go back and ended up buying the TYB brand. They came, the quality is much better. I went further and got 28 in TYB but they are much bigger and they even have a drawstring inside. You have room for it to grow.

I've spent ages trying to figure out the dimensions so I hope this will be helpful to others. I chose size 26 for my 9 year old boy who is quite slim. He's 4'2", 59 lbs. Youth size 26 fits him very well. It's not very tight, maybe even too loose if you're looking for a super smooth swim fit, but it's comfortable and doesn't lay flat. so perfect in our case for the combination of comfort and performance.

I ordered youth size 22 for my thin son who usually wears boy size 8. He wears Arena and Dolfin suits in size 22, so I don't know why this suit is that size. He couldn't even put those jammers at his feet! The elastic was very tight around the waist and the leg openings barely stretched. We have several pairs of Stamina+ silencers for another child and have never come across them before. Returned.

I bought a tall boy size 28 for my 9 year old son. He's tall, but these fit him very tight. If it helps my waist is 26 and they will be very tight for me. I suggest ordering a size up unless you require a very tight fit. I just ordered men's size 30 to see if they fit him better. They've held up really well after wearing them to squirt a few times a week and I love them so much I'm sticking to the exact same style!

Bought for my two swimmer kids. I pulled out a tape measure and looked at her chart. They are not suitable for boys with a swimmer figure. While the chart for beginning swimmers may be accurate, boys who have been swimming for many years tend to have smaller waists and larger glutes. Also, the elastic at the cuff of the shorts is too tight to accommodate the swimmer's hips. Turns out swimming trunks fit if you buy two sizes bigger. Very disappointed.

For the most part, this suit fit my son well for the summer swim team. During five to six weeks of almost daily wear in practice and meetings, this suit is typically worn in the back as he sits on the pool deck while awaiting instruction, or between events. I would have given the suit an A but the sapphire blue thread used to sew it has faded from sapphire blue to an almost pink hue.
