If you get a brushed Arrma RC vehicle that comes with a nimh battery, this charger is a must-have. It's great for charging the nimh in a reasonable amount of time: about an hour vs. over six hours with the charger that comes with the truck, and it uses the same connector. I think this is the best charger I have had for RC it’s powerful charges fast simple to use the directions are straight on the side of it end it doesn’t take up so much space like those giant ones that you see.

Works great with my power hobbies batteries also my smart spectrum. This is my second one my first was lost some how. I see people on here bad talking that it don't work for their lipo battery but I don't know what to tell you if you can't see it for your self. Spectrum items never did me wrong. Incorrect product description, in the product description it has a misleading photo of a two pronged plug in for a standard American household outlet and the product I received has some very odd shaped foreign plugin and now I have to buy some sort of adapter I guess to even be able to use the charger, I am extremely displeased with the misleading product description

So far it has been consistent and effective. Charges nimh, lipo , the safe lipo's and I think one other . Easy enough to set up for whichever battery you're charging ect and not a huge dent in the wallet after purchasing your 1st hobby rc and batteries. Absolutely a good charger to get going with but not take hrs for a battery.

does not have XT 60 or XT 30 plug uses a different type ? so buy the right adapter. Other than this it works and is simple and feels like quality even though everything is plastic now.

I have three of these chargers and 4 Spektrum LiPo batteries. Each of the chargers worked for a few weeks and would then stop working (one after the other as I was trying to figure out if the chargers are the batteries were bad).

I got it to charge my 2s and 3s batteries and it takes about 1.5h to charge each. It charges one at a time and it deeps when it's done. It's super compact so you can carry it around easily, similar to a tuna can in size.
