Great product for spares

Great product so far. Easy installation. It changed the behavior of my truck a lot! I thought it was a tire/front end issue but it resolved the rough ride. Looks like very good quality.

Great price and product

This is a great product at a great price but unfortunately the axle was missing so I had to return it. The truck was disassembled when we noticed, so I didn't have time to find the right ones. But I have installed others of this brand and they were easy to install.

Fits 08 Mustang - Parts

I never write reviews but for this one I just had to. My U-joints were in bad shape so I went to Autozone and Oreilly and they both told me the '08 Mustang V6 U-joints were out of order and I needed to replace the entire drive shaft. I saw on the forum that someone recommended this and yes it is an exact replacement, they are even better than the originals because they can be lubricated. Did not fit 2002 Silverado

I have a 2002 Silverado 1500 4x4 with long cab, standard bed, 5.3L. This product did not fit in any of the 4 positions on my truck. I have the original Spicer transmission. This bearing shell size is 1.188 inches for this gimbal. In the transmission I needed 1.063 inches. Interestingly, for the transfer case, I requested a 1.063" cup size for the transmission and a 1.125" cup size for the transfer case. I ended up buying two different size crosses (both Spicer) and then swapped two cups…

Superb quality, the best in universal joints

The product is well made in typical Spicer style. I compared it to an Autozone branded part and there was no doubt that the Spicer part was of higher quality. Also, the Spicer part has a grease fitting so you can lubricate the hinge at regular intervals. The AZ part (and many other brands) does not have a grease fitting. Packaged: Spicer Drivetrain Products 5-178X UPS Universal Joint Kit 023913121013 Made in USA. Bought a similar Moog gimbal and was disappointed that it was made in Mexico (at least not in China). Fits 2007 Mustang 4.0L (models with interchangeable gimbals)

They appear to be of very good quality and are driving very well so far. They didn't eliminate the "click" when shifting between P, R, and D on a 2005-2009 Mustang, but I believe the chatter is just normal play (backlash tolerance) in the transmission and also the two-piece.
