The protective film did not come off on either side. I can't even return it as I scratched it trying to remove the "non-removable" protective film. I plan to use it until I buy a replacement.

Well made case but fingerprints were the end. I usually take an all black case but wanted to change it to show the phone. Right after I took the box out and the Had foil removed The whole thing was in the fingerprints which I know would drive me crazy If there was some sort of oleophobic coating I would reconsider It's a shame because I like the look.

I love Spigen cases. I've had the same case, but matte black, on my iPhone X since launch and it's worked great. However, I am sending mine back. This iPhone 11 Pro case has some lettering on the outer edges of the case. It says "Spigen" on the left, "Air Cushion Technology" on the top, and a bunch of things like "Designed in Irvine, California" and "Made in South Korea" on the right. With my old case, this text was inside, so not visible. Very disappointed that they did.
