Good quality collars, harnesses and leashes

Never sure if it's tight enough to make good contact. Our pup seems to be well behaved with him and most of the time just responds to the beep!

Electronic training collars do not turn on

The product does not turn on even after long charging. I can't return it even now as I'm outside the return window. Extremely dissatisfied.

Lasted 1 year or a total of 4 hours of use

I bought this in early 2020. I've used it 3 times in a year for a total of about 4 hours of use. January 2021 is not possible. Crazy

It has good range and the price was competitive.

Value for money - this range offers very good performance. This is our second and the other has worked well for four years. This time we got a longer range device and it works well.

Bought October 2019 and stopped working as of June 2020

I paid money for this as it should last a long time and is from a reputable company. However, it stopped working 6 months after purchase. I can't find any warranty that covers it and it can no longer be returned through Revain.

Good, but could have been better if the collar had a backlight

Could use a backlight on the collar. This collar still serves its purpose, but it would be better if there was a light to visually track the dog at night. My Garmin was good because it had a light function and I could see where the dog was in pitch black time.

Do you love your pet? An amazing product to keep them close and safe under supervision.

We have had several of these devices and are pleased to have a NEW charging cable for them. Some work great, but one end of a charge broke off on the collar and the other on the remote. We believe in this product so we just ordered a new one and it works great. We also have a wireless security center, but we didn't have to turn it on at our Florida beach house. He hunts a lot of foxes, bears and other animals and this device gives us peace of mind when he really goes into the forest.

Extremely Efficient

This morning I took my dog for a walk outside off a leash. She was wearing a Sportdog collar. Another dog came by and pounced on it. I had a collar on the buzzer and I beeped. She stopped abruptly, turned and walked back to me. I bought this collar hoping to train my dog off leash. She is a husky with a very strong prey drive. Great device with great battery life!

I use this on my Anatolian Shepherd mix who is my stable/travelling dog. He can be a bit distracted by smells and prefers to have a questionable ear when it comes to "don't do it" with all the fun smells and excitement - understandable. It only helps to reinforce his caring. I basically vibrate him and he does a great job with all his extra neck skin and thick hair. I had to shock him once or twice at level 3, but that was extreme. Great tool and battery life is AWESOME! I've never used it…
