🚰 Slim Line Filter Cartridge for Sprite Review

These filters are amazing! I have very hard water here in California and there is a big difference between having no water and having no water. I may have to change it every 3 months instead of 6 to keep up. My skin is smooth and my scalp is less inflamed. Coming from a person suffering from a skin condition, it is worth buying and maintaining.

It's fake. Put one in my case and it will squirt. I tried gluing the threads, it still worked. I went and bought a new device and put a cartridge in it. Exactly the same problem. I sealed the threads and it stopped spattering but then started creeping out of the date dial. Install a water restrictor to relieve pressure. Same problem. I gave up and put in a cartridge that came with a new case, no leak present. Waste of money if I didn't have to replace the whole unit.

I really like this filter system. We have hard water and that helps a lot. It is very easy to install and replace the filter at a relatively cheap price. I would suggest putting WD40 on the internal threads when changing the filter so this can be easily opened up to change. We have used this for many years and love it. They help soften water and remove sediment, allowing you to actually wash your face with clean water. The case will melt a bit over time so opening it at the time of changing the filter can be a problem. A stainless steel case is better as plastic cases will crack over time. We bought this item because of its thin profile. If you just want to filter out the chlorine and minerals in the water then this will work. Once we have installed the filter, the pink film will no longer be visible in the shower until the filter cartridge needs to be replaced. The shower area also stays clean much longer. My wife and I installed these Sprite Slim-Line filters in both of our showers and they work great. Removal of chlorine from water. I can really feel the difference in the water when I put in a new cartridge. (We have a water softener - the difference may be less noticeable in hard water.)
