Very user friendly & great overall software & customer support!

I like how easy it was set-up as well with their quick start guide! We were able to see our employees' hours in realtime while they are working from home without having any issues or concerns about accuracy since we have been using this software so far now (we've only used them during COVID). The support team has always responded quickly when needed but sometimes there can be some delay between updates being released/posted online due date changes etc.. Excellent Customer Service, Very User Friendly

The software has been easy enought o learn quickly as it's very user friendly! It allows me quick access from anywhere with my phone or tablet so I can get important information in real-time without having be there physically at their office location (which they provide us). They offer excellent customer service both via email/phone but are still able to respond within minutes if needed during normal business hours when we're not using our own support staff just like any other large…

A dependable software package that delivers excellent customer satisfaction

The main functionality I like best is the ability to track leave balances across multiple departments/locations and payroll cycles without having to manually input data every month. We have been using Spur for years and it continues to deliver reliable service and great support. Sometimes you must submit a ticket to get your issue resolved but this can be done in a timely manner. The system does not integrate well with other programs so you cannot use one program to do all functions and then…
