After installation the switch appeared to function normally, shortly thereafter the switch opened approximately 10psi to the desired cut-out pressure. I spent most of the day trying to find the source of the problem. In the end I came to the conclusion that the switch is defective.

My well pump was running at a low pressure of 20-30 pounds which is not enough for irrigation purposes. All the gadgets in the world didn't work. I chose this switch. It was easy to install and fix the problem. Now I can water my garden, wash my car and do whatever I need to do. This is a high quality switch. Highly recommended

Good price and this is the best OEM model for water pump controller. Mine operated at 40psi and shut off at 60psi. Easy to connect (just like the original) and works perfectly. It's easy to retrofit my broken controller with this - just remember to pipe the threads to stop leaks.

This switch is inexpensive, works well and the pressure settings are accurate. There are no problems with this, but ants are very sociable. Everyone has been trying to keep sabotaging my shower, it's water stop time (right after soaping or shampooing). Consider running a hot wire outside to roast them before they come in, or set up a second victim switch for bait.

I ordered one over a year ago and never installed it. I ended up paying the plumber $150 to install it. Soon the contact lenses started to stick and the water flow stopped, usually after a little soaping in the shower. I found that I could push the relays and have them reset automatically. Apparently the device is defective. Or someone returned a defective one and sent it out unchecked. Now I will switch again.

What can I say, it's a switch. I've found that some of my sprinklers lose pressure after about 15 minutes of watering. I looked at my gauge and it dropped to 20psi. I have a large yard and didn't realize the people who installed my fountain only had 20-40psi of pressure in the system. The switch I received only has one adjustment nut, not two, so the on/off differential cannot be adjusted independently. Installation was easy with one BIG exception. The electrical connection screws were strongly tightened. It was very difficult to loosen them without damaging the screw heads. It took a lot of downward force to hold the screwdriver in place while turning the screw. One of mine was destroyed despite my diligence. Luckily I was able to use one from an old switch (same brand)…
