Sturdy construction, but the squeegee has no kinks, so it only has an effective cleaning area of about 3 inches rather than the entire brush length. Also, the sponge scraper side is also very thin and would fold sideways rather than rub against something. Bought this to clean my car windscreen. I used a Rubbermaid model in the past; However, the rubber was so stiff and inflexible that it performed very poorly as a mop. This model has a soft, pliable rubber that ensures good contact with the glass. I bought this solely for my cars and it works great as a windshield and rear window cleaner. There were no range issues, it's easy to handle. I've only used it once so can't comment on the durability of the squeegee but the sponge on mine wasn't well designed/built. There is mesh on the sponge, and mine was loose and parted on one edge, closer to the middle. It hurts to disassemble and reinstall the grille. This is a simple option for simple tasks, but if you want to take it seriously, you should buy something more reliable. The mesh (which covers the cleaning foam) easily tucks in where the foam is and pops out once you use it. So the mesh won't last more than a few uses unless you plan on putting it back together after each use.
