Whoever designed this backward rotating mop head should be defeated and have their engineering privileges revoked. It's almost impossible to lower this thing into the water to the pole holding the mop head to clean the mop in the water. terrible design and still not working properly. The design of this product is really great, the problem is that it is very cheap and saves too much on production to be a safe and practical everyday kitchen tool. I really like how well it cleans floors and gets under cabinets easily. But mops shed fibers all the time, and it's nearly impossible to line a mop up in a wet dish bucket without dipping your hands in dirty water. I will keep this system but I think if I run out of the mop heads I bought I will donate them to a local charity and…

I LOVE that it comes with so many extra mop heads, especially since my floors (with 4 kids and 4 dogs, husband and sometimes 3 ducks 😊) get dirty quickly.
