Great value for a specific dish

It worked although I ended up just using the bottom without the top. I think it has more to do with the fact that my spaetzle mixture is too thick. The bracket on the bottom made it easy to snap the pot into place. And the holes were the perfect size. Absolutely worth the price.

Pros
  • Not cheap but decent
Cons
  • Hard to say

A little flimsy but works

This product does what it says, makes making spaetzle a lot easier than without tools. Build quality isn't great, but I've used it a few times and it holds up. The price was very low so it met my expectations, overall I'm not disappointed with the purchase.

Pros
  • Good price
Cons
  • Good but not great

Not strong enough for USPS shipping

We have a 25 year old version of the exact same design that will last thanks to its heavy duty, thicker steel. This spaetzle machine is made of thinner and very light steel, which was damaged during the two-time soft-cover delivery. Time to return this one and order a better brand.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • No mold required

Important - Feel free

Requires little power, but that's to be expected. Came with a spatula recipe identical to the one I've already used! It's a messy job, but this little guy makes it so much easier than all the other options (sieve, hand push-ups, "cutting board method" which never worked for me). Should have gotten it much sooner! And the low cost of kitchen appliances.

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Expandable

My perfect little tool for Vietnamese desserts!

This spatula impressed me with its ease of use and the result exceeded my expectations! i love it so much 2 cons I found using this spatula: - The corner can be a bit sharp. Be careful when using it. It's a little difficult to clean it thoroughly because all the sticky powder gets stuck in the little chute. Take the time to wash it off completely.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Clarity

Spaetzle machine in the kitchen and dining room

Last night I used my new pasta machine for the first time. Spaetzle turned out great! Light and fluffy, easy to use! For the price this is a great product. Ordered on Friday, delivered on Saturday! Very happy with my purchase. Arrived in a ziplock bag in a large Manila envelope. No instructions or recipe but I have my grandmother's recipe so it didn't really matter. Would definitely buy again.

Pros
  • I hold my fists
Cons

Paper thin scrap

What's wrong with positive reviews? I had to take a picture. The stainless steel was so thin I squeezed it. The package was complete. This block reminds me of thin aluminum that can be crushed by hand. Without exaggeration! To be honest I couldn't believe it. I am a cook. I have a 30 year old spaetzle maker and I bought it because it looked like it. A complete scrap! So I ordered 3 World Cuisine spaetzle makers from Wares and Terres. This block is made from 100% durable stainless steel. This is

Great for the price! Makes the perfect spaetzle!

If you're expecting an old kitchen appliance that will last you the next 30 years, this isn't it. If you're like me and want an easy way to make spaetzle once or twice a month, this is for you. Yes, it's thinner, but the "dough" for spaetzle is more like dough and tends to drip through the holes. Minimal effort is required to move the funnel back and forth. It glides very easily and makes absolutely perfect spaetzle. Came in a ziplock bag with no prescription or referral but I found everything…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • A dubious purchase for the elderly
