Never again: my feedback

At the clients doing the install and find out the splice is bigger than the ID of the pipe. So I had to leave the job and go to a machine shop to get it turned down. The cost I have in time and machine shop fees is way More than this cost. Asked for a refund and nothing, they said they would ship another splice but I’m in the middle of an install and can’t wait for something to ship from China. Had an issue also with two extension tracks I ordered from also. I’m a custom woodworker and they…

There's No Ladder in this kit

This purchase has been a big hassle! When I purchased this, I picked the ladder size and color. Only the hardware arrived. After contacting the seller, the description of the product has now been changed & says (no ladder). Why would I pick a color & size if there's no ladder? The hardware alone isn't worth the price. Furthermore it's shipped directly from China. Don't ever deal with a 3rd party vendor if you don't have to.

not as pictured-no wheels as pictured

the parts we received were ok, but we thought we were buying the hardware (minus the wood ladder) pictured in middle photo. Now we realize that wheels were not included and we have to order separate. NOT a good deal after all. When we went back and read the description we realized that wheels were not listed as included but if they were honest it would have said "ladder and wheels at bottom are not included". Almost a great product

The mounting plates for the rail were not welded on straight. This causes the rollers of the ladder to strike the mount brackets on several plates. Not a bad issue just annoying.

Very well made hardware.

Very impressed with the quality of the hardware. Rolls so smoothly it is almost difficult to climb. We made this 12’ high shelf to store loose parts. It is important that the rail be exactly parallel to the floor.

Super High Quality, but buyer beware!

Super precise, super high quality, but buyer beware this is not for the novice to install!I constructed an entire wall to wall built in book case, this was absolutely the hardest and unequivocally the most difficult thing I had to do! I'm a pretty good carpenter, but I had to take 3 days just to wrap my head around the way this mounts, IT'S VERY PRECISE AND YOU ONLY GET ONE CHANCE or your whole project is screwed and you have to start over or somehow cover up your mistake especially if it's all

Great product, especially for the price.

Hardware is great. Make sure you are using it in a location where you don’t have to remove the ladder. Once it is on the track, it can’t be lifted off, which makes it super secure. The ladder can feel a bit flexible, which might concern someone. But it holds 200lbs easily.

Worth every penny. in my review

It is solid, well made, beautifully finished and the ladder glides like silk. I cut it to fit, and everything just fell into place. I gave the ladder that we purchased in conjunction with this (they are in no way related) a one-star though it deserved zero, and the contrast between the two is amazing. Cannot say enough good things about this unit.

Great ladder hardware for under $200

All of the hardware in this package feels heavy and very solid; definitely high quality. Installation tip: first take off the lower part of the mounts and leave the upper parts attached to the main rail, which will leave screw holes exposed as shown in the picture; then use clamps to hold the rail in place and mark the positions of the holes, as shown; now take off the rail and just attach the lower parts of the mounts where you have marked the holes => perfect fit.
