🔧 Enhanced Motor Products NS134 Neutral/Backup Switch Review

The product worked for two weeks and then stopped working leaving me at the grocery store. Spend the extra money and get the best. Your vehicle will not start or drive if this part fails. I tried to save $20 and it ended up costing me a $150 towing bill, plus I had to pay a mechanic to have the part replaced again.

It helped. I bought a 2000 Ford Contour cheap from an old friend who said the car had some problems. The car shook violently, the revs went up and down. I ran a scan and got code P0708. After installing a new neutral/reserve switch, the transmission shifts as expected.

Installed on my 2005 Ford Escape with no problems. Installs and works the same as the more expensive OEM version. I've had it on my car for a little over 2 months and no problems. Previously, the shift indicator on the dash just disappeared, not showing you what gear you were in, and the car shifted weirdly. I highly recommend this part!

I really can't say much about it, it fits and works like factory solution ) so I ordered it and installed it, there's no change, it didn't fix it. This part works as it should, just because it didn't fix my problem I can't rate it badly, that's not the part I said it was. The position switch on my '98 Mazda 626 worked intermittently, a couple of times the transmission would shift down and back for no reason, and a few weeks later I had a P0708 transmission engine light. Range selector out of range. This part looked A LOT different than the one on my car, but over 20 years and 170,000 miles later I don't think the parts should look the same when they work the same. As long as it works the same. The original part is much larger and metal, it's almost 2/3 the size…
