Great for my Jeep Grand Cherokee 06 SRT8!

I bought this for my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee, works fantastic. The resistor stopped working, my fan didn't blow at all. Bought it, two torx screws later and the problem was solved. Good product!

Pros
  • 1 year trial
Cons
  • Non automatic

Stops working after 3 days

Everything worked fine for the first three days, then it stopped. It kept my fan on one setting and I ended up having to turn it off and on again. I got another one from a real auto parts site for $10 more and it has been working fine for weeks now.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Mostly ok, but...

Low quality. for switches and relays

Installed, lasted two days, relay closed and keeps HVAC fan speed up no matter what position fan switch is in. In fact, when the ignition key was turned to the ON position, the fan turned on immediately at high speed, even with the A/C off. I installed this part to fix an intermittent problem causing me to go back to the original factory part and I felt safer using the stock engine part, they've been around for a long time, I still remember the ignition parts of the Blue Streak series. years…

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Fits
