The handle on the mug was broken. It was too loose. After receiving it I saw that other reviews said the pen was faulty. I should have listened. Now I have to repack and find the UPS Center. The company needs to be more careful. I don't know how it will work.

Keeps hot drinks hot for up to about 28 hours. That's not two days, but about 28 hours. If you open the lid more than twice, the time drops to 24 hours. I bought a new one, the company shipped it with a dent on the top. I continue to ignore the dent.

It satisfied the pickiest coffee drinker while conversing during a covid. He laughs a little but oh my god he has 24/7 hot freshly brewed coffee of his choice instead of hospital coffee for who knows when. Great pressure. Stays hot for DAYS if you dare. Durable, attractive and useful. There are 2 other sizes just in case, but he likes the 2.5 litre.

Hot water for tea without electricity and drinking water. That's luxury. The bottle feels solid and is very well insulated. My only complaints, both minor, are that the neck size of the bottle is too small for my canning funnel. If a funnel were suitable, it would make pouring hot water easier. The mouth is also a bit small for easy cleaning, but since I only fill it with boiling water, that's not a problem for me.

The coffee, filled in a 2.5 liter Classic bottle, has a creamy crema and is so hot that it can only be drunk in small sips. The thermos is filled with water that is too hot for at least 10 minutes before the coffee is poured into the thermos. I've consistently found that it only keeps coffee nearly as hot as a brew carafe for about an hour or two. After 12 hours, the coffee will be slightly hotter than lukewarm, but most coffee consumers will find this unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed.

Ordered size XXL, looked good for long range fishing apart from a transport dent on the cup lid which is now being returned. Upon closer inspection, I found that the cup size was about 1 actual cup size. The cup size looks like a children's hiking set. This is the smallest mug I've seen with the largest thermos. The fill function is also completely different, it doesn't twist or pull to fill. You just twist it and it pours out the sides of the lid and everywhere else. Completely different…

Bottle arrived a day or two after ordering. What really blew my mind was that we filled the bottle with hot water and tea bags at lunchtime. I carried a bottle in my backpack, it was about 20 degrees and there was a cold breeze. My water has frozen in my bladder tube. When we sat down for the tea ceremony at 2:40pm, the water was just as hot as I poured it. When I got home around 8pm I wanted to pour some of the leftover tea and it was still hot so I drank it.
