The bowl itself merged with the filter and water pooled at the top. A view is useless if you can't merge it. I ended up making holes in the bottom to drain the water into the pan.

I'm still in college so I'm keeping everything I have and have used over the past year. Works pretty well. I change my bag every 2 months. This will bring three pouches full of little circles that absorb moisture.

Where is the inner glass? The instructions clearly state that the desiccant should be placed in the inner cup. There is no inner cup included. Makes the product unusable. The desiccant must be kept away from the collected moisture. Should be zero stars.

I have ordered two of these to use until we repair/replace our dehumidifier. They both arrived on time but only one came with a plastic insert with holes in it. The other is just a plastic bucket with no sieve for the desiccant, so useless. Disappointing.
