I am willing to pay a higher price for the high quality and accuracy of a USA made square. However, I am very disappointed to see Starrett continue to transfer more products to China to continue charging premium prices. The Starrett brand isn't what it used to be. Chinese-made squares of similar quality and precision can be purchased at much lower prices than Chinese Starrett products.
