Accurate Thickness Gauge Saves Time

I recently purchased a top-of-the-line thickness gauge from the Industrial and Scientific category in Measure & Inspect. As my tests showed, this product has exceptional accuracy, saving me valuable time in my work. The tempered graduations prove to be resistant to wear and tear, giving it long-lasting durability. The only drawback I found was the price, but the quality of the product is worth it. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone in need of…

Pros
  • Highly durable construction due to tempered graduations
Cons
  • Requires careful handling to avoid damaging the tempered graduations

Poor quality for the price

Get Mitutoyo 182-105 or 107 and you won't be disappointed. This starlet is 2-3 times more expensive and the quality I would say is half that. The stars I received (2 times) had the "laser engraved" numbers completely worn away. Also the edges are not cut exactly and have dirty scratches on the edges. My $9 Mitutoyo looks like a precision medical instrument, it has no imperfections and the markings are clear and permanent. There is mm on the flip, which is also useful with Mitutoyo.

Pros
  • Measuring and marking tools
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

I kept one of those 4 inch Starrett rulers in my wallet for 35 years and then lost it. I never realized how much I used it until I went without it for about a month. I just had to have it replaced and am so glad I found them at Revain - they made the purchase so much easier. The ruler is just the right size to fit in my wallet and strong enough not to bend when sitting in and on the wallet. I've found that it has many uses - and these are just a few; I've used it as a ruler, ruler, letter…

Pros
  • Rulers
Cons
  • Can't remember
