Fits perfectly in my StarTech 25U rack. The shelf currently holds a Dell R720, fits perfectly. It just slides in and sits on the rails. Not attached, just sitting there by gravity. Very happy.

The sliding design makes them appear thin but unless you pull them all the way out they are very strong and even after they are screwed down and weighted down they are pretty damn durable when deployed .

mounting solutions are compatible with the old server rack I'm using. FINALLY this 1U 200lb Rail Kit will fit. The rails are a little thicker. They claim to be universally compatible, but my 440mm wide case fits SIMPLY perfectly (after loosening, adjusting and retightening the bolts to ensure they are snug on the rack). If the case were just a few millimeters wider, I doubt it would fit. If you need this for a device that is close to the sides I would measure to make sure it would fit. (At the…

Instructions useless on their own as the only non-obvious part of the assembly process is where to place the screws and bolts that attach the rail to one of the rails that there are not coated. As I began assembly, I found a warped surface in the forward facing post, rendering the mount unusable. Got this to support a Cisco SG350X-48P that is sagging in the rack. I have other sliding/adjustable shelves that already have rails installed so thought this would be great. All of these rails were bolted together upon arrival and then you have to take them apart, determine the required depth and then through trial and error find the correct expansion/compression distance by choosing different bolt holes.
