No better than the replacement. The battery continues to discharge. This generation delivers only 12.6 volts at 3200 rpm.

I haven't been able to verify the part numbers match our EZ-Go Terrain 250 golf cart, but it fits perfectly and works as it should. Very happy with this purchase!

Complete rubbish! Right out of the box I noticed that there was a large dent in the metal on one of the sides. I decided to try and use it anyway and it worked for about 5 seconds and stopped working. This company has a big quality problem!

My local EZ-GO dealer said I need a starter that is about 2.5x the price of a rareelectrical starter. This launcher looks and works the same. I can't tell any difference from the old starter. The bolts and connections were identical and my old workhorse starts like never before.

Good quality starter I worked as a golf cart mechanic at a local EZ-GO dealer for 2 years and it looks comparable to a factory EZ-GO starter generator. You can get it new and assembled. The only thing you have to do during the installation is swap out your old controller and replace the cable with this new one.
