Worked on Kawasaki FH680VB 23 hp.

Just installed on a 23hp Kawasaki FH680VB. While it works great. The threads on the end of the power cable connector were a little messed up, but everything worked fine.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Requires an outlet

Perfect fit for FH661V

This part was identical to the Kawasaki part on my 22HP 07 Cub Cadet RTZ 50 so everything went smoothly. The first turn of the key turned it in with more torque than my old starter ever had.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Can't remember but there was something

works much better than the one I removed!

This starter was an exact replacement for my Kawasaki 25hp V Twin in my Hustler Super Mini Z. It was a difficult disassembly and reassembly just because of the location of the engine in my mower (about 3 hours) so You can imagine how happy I was when it spun nicely and wound up for the first time!

The perfect combination and enough power for a 28 hp engine!

Perfect solution for my dealers $208.00 (+VAT) and no work, appraisal! The swap took a full 20 minutes (DC battery first!) Went to my 28hp Kawasaki mower and started on the first run when the old starter barely cranked. Great solution and easy installation! 2 mounting bolts and 1 hot wire are connected and you're in business 😁

Pros
  • High quality finish
Cons
  • Some nuances

Updated: Bad after a year.

so far it works great. It was slightly longer than the standard OE block. I didn't have much free space under the starter. When installed, this extends almost to the bottom of the engine. Kawasaki takes great pride in their starter when you need a new one. They sell every part to repair their units but I didn't have time for the machine to break. If it lasts at least as long as the original, I'll be happy. The problems started about 2 months ago. And today Bendex finally went out. We lived with

Suitable for Kawasaki FH721V as an OEM part.

I bought this for a 25hp Kawasaki fh721v, on the back of a 60" Hustler Z and it felt like it was an OEM. Good price, fast delivery, works great. I couldn't ask anything else. 8-6-21 update: This failed today after less than 5 hours of use. I will return it and try again. Job.9-2-21 minute update. My gross operation The problems that turned out to be the carburetor, coil gaps and spark plugs, so the starter is used a lot less. For those of you who have read this far who haven't "I haven't bought

Might work well for a run, maybe not.

This starter was only visually similar to the original. Spiral tips on the pinion shaft below the ring gear are poorly processed and failed after the first attempt. Now I have to stick a small flathead screwdriver under the sprocket and then turn on the starter to start the lawn mower engine. That is a big problem. One minor issue was that it was a 3 hour job on a fairly large self-propelled mower that I have, only to find that the pinion shaft isn't engaging properly - it doesn't reach the…
