Dealing with sticky fat!

They worked well on some pans that had oil buildup on the sides that just wouldn't come off no matter how long I soaked them. It took a bit of force but the oil came off right away, the pans look like new and there are no scratches/scuffs. I used this on a non-stick casserole dish.

Pros
  • I keep my fists
Cons
  • Functionality

I can't believe I paid almost $6 for 4 SOS pads

It never occurred to me that we were talking about 4 separate pads in a tiny box. I thought there were 4 boxes. That's a ridiculous price, and the advertised "retail price" of $38.58 is just plain insulting. Ten bucks for little steel wool pads? Don't buy this. They're cheaper everywhere. Including Revane Prime of course.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Rust Removed From A Cast Iron Skillet

I purchased these to remove rust from a cast iron skillet. This worked great with a little elbow. I didn't expect it to contain some kind of soap as I specifically chose it for having no smell. He has blue soap in his fur. I think they just come. Anyway, I used one on a rusty pan. It ended up almost completely falling apart, so I wiped it off. Now I can neglect my cast iron skillet three more times before I have to buy a new one! Hooray.

Pros
  • Health & Household
Cons
  • No Power
