Unreliable Linear Slider for Industrial Use

After trying this product in our manufacturing facility, we were thoroughly disappointed. The motor frequently malfunctioned and required constant repairs, leading to production delays and increased costs. While the initial price may seem affordable, the long-term maintenance and repair expenses make this a poor investment for any business. .

Pros
  • Affordable initial price
Cons
  • Unreliable motor, frequent malfunctions and repairs

Buy at your own risk

I bought more than 1 slider stepper motor from different vendors. This one doesn't work. The engine began to warm up at 1 A. I heard a small high pitched beep but no movement at 9V. When I increased the voltage to 9.5 something shorted out. The electricity provider's switch has tripped. Exactly the same setup works for other steppers. Tb6600 was used in this experiment.

Pros
  • Move 0.25mm in one step, you can use a microstepping driver if you need less.
Cons
