Great upgrade. Fits vise

Alone, the Stickvise is a truly invaluable tool on the electronics workbench. PTFE sponges are a very good upgrade for Stickvise as they can withstand accidental contact with a soldering iron. I can really recommend them to anyone with Stickvise.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than other visors

Agree - worth every penny

Agree with the previous 4 comments. These sponges are a very useful addition to one of the most useful and thoughtful soldering tools ever made. Well worth it and I'll be buying another Stickvise and another set of high temp sponges soon.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Not reliable

Best Quality Expected

They are very simple and work great but anyone can make them in their home business. I don't have a store so I had to buy. They're so simple that a quick deburring of the edges would take about 10 seconds, but that wasn't done here. In fact, the Stickvise product itself had many scratches due to the wrong attempt at tapping, which are hidden when the soft sponges are put on. Not a big deal but a big disappointment at the quality you would expect from something at this price point.
