Has been helpful in getting sales numbers and making decisions

It's easy to implement, it has some good features including geofencing (which helps for marketing campaigns). The app sometimes lags or freezes when I have too many devices connected at once so there can be latency issues as well but that could just mean more traffic! Make sure you know what your needs are before choosing this software - if they don't fit exactly then maybe consider other options like Google Analytics instead? We're solving problems of not knowing how busy our stores actually…

  • Data aggregation is fast & reliable with great reporting functionality in terms of graphs + visualizations which we used extensively within my team

  • Nothing really came up..maybe pricing plans should include something called 'free'

StoreLevelDesks is quick and efficient in all aspects

I like that it's easy to use, intuitive interface makes reporting simple for customers of any skill level! The customer support team are extremely responsive - always happy to help out when needed. It would be great if they had more than one way to calculate sales per hour/day (ie an hourly rate) as this can get confusing at times.
