The woman likes her. The hair is straightened and can be controlled, but the red bumps fall off.

That's basically my whole review. The product straightens your hair without causing static electricity (it actually removes static electricity), has good temperature control and is fairly quick to use. Designed to take heavy loads, the cable survives the little red grommets that seem to come loose at will and whenever they want for no particular reason.
